What we collect

When you use Solar Warranty Claim, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, home address, and details about your solar system (panel brand, inverter brand, install year, issue type, and installer status). We also collect payment information, which is processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details.

How we use it

We use your information solely to generate your personalized warranty claim package and to follow up with you about your claim. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except as necessary to deliver the service (Stripe for payment processing, Anthropic for AI-generated content, GoHighLevel for contact management).

Email communication

By submitting your email, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your warranty claim. We may follow up about your claim status or offer related resources. You can opt out at any time by replying to any email.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@solarwarrantyclaim.com.

Cookies and analytics

We use PostHog to understand how people use our tool. This involves cookies and anonymous usage data. No personally identifiable information is shared with PostHog unless you have submitted your email.
