Enphase is the world's largest microinverter manufacturer and remains fully operational. They have a well-established homeowner warranty process and will work with you directly even if your installer is gone.

Submit a warranty claim at enphase.com/en-us/support. You'll need your Enlighten monitoring system ID, the serial numbers of affected microinverters, and a description of the issue. Enphase can transfer monitoring access to your name if your installer closed.

SolarEdge is one of the two dominant inverter manufacturers globally. They accept direct homeowner warranty claims and have a dedicated monitoring transfer process for orphaned systems.

LG exited the solar panel business in 2022 but continues to honor existing warranties through a dedicated claims process. If you have LG panels, your warranty is still valid — LG has set aside funds specifically to cover outstanding warranty claims.

Canadian Solar is one of the world's largest panel manufacturers and remains fully operational. They accept direct homeowner warranty claims through their online portal.

Q CELLS (Hanwha Q CELLS) is a major Korean manufacturer with strong US market presence and a dedicated US warranty team. They process homeowner claims directly.

Jinko Solar is the world's largest solar panel manufacturer by volume. They have a US-based warranty team and accept direct homeowner claims.

REC Group is a Norwegian manufacturer known for high-efficiency panels. They have a straightforward homeowner warranty process and honor claims regardless of installer status.

Submit at recgroup.com/warranty. REC requires panel serial numbers, proof of installation, and a completed warranty claim form. They will arrange a certified inspection through their service partner network.

Panasonic exited the solar panel manufacturing business in 2023 but continues to honor existing warranties. If you have Panasonic HIT or EverVolt panels, your warranty remains valid.

Tesla Energy handles warranty claims for Powerwall batteries and Tesla solar inverters directly through the Tesla app and support portal. If your Tesla installer closed, Tesla handles all warranty service in-house.

Open the Tesla app, tap your Powerwall or solar system, then Support, then Warranty Claim. Tesla dispatches their own certified technicians for all warranty service. You do not need a third-party installer.
